Why am I getting the error "We have no screenshot for the selected period" in Behavior Map?

You may have noticed when viewing a Behavior Map for a specific page that when comparing screenshots from an earlier point in time a screenshot is not provided, showing the following error message: 


We have no screenshot for the selected period


This error message is displayed when you select a time period prior to when the page was added to Behavior Map. The Analytics tool begins collecting screenshots from the day the specific page was added to Behavior Map, which explains why you can not view screenshots prior to the Behavior Map being added.
