What can I do if I’m over my Siteimprove page limit?

Modified on: Tue, 30 Jun, 2026 at 6:27 PM

Summary

If you are over your Siteimprove page limit, you can either expand your contract to allow more pages, reduce the number of pages being checked (for example, by excluding sections of your site), or contact your Customer Success Manager or support for guidance.

Answer

As your website grows, you may find that you’re approaching, or are above your Siteimprove page limit (the number of pages agreed within your contract).

If so, you have the following options:

  • Expand your contract
Increase your page allowance by contacting your Customer Success Manager directly or submitting a request.
  • Reduce the number of pages being checked
Exclude parts of your website from being checked to bring the number of pages below your page limit.
  • Review how your page count is calculated
You can calculate the number of pages being checked by going to Settings > Site and adding the page numbers for each site together.
  • Contact Siteimprove if unsure
If you are not sure of the page limit on your account, reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Siteimprove technical support.
