Why are my QA reports not sent through the Reports module?

Note: This article referrers to our earlier Reports module which some customers do not have access to. We recommend that you use the latest Dashboard reports feature instead. Information on Dashboard reports can be found in the article Configuring Siteimprove Dashboards and Dashboard reports.

You can run and schedule QA reports through the reports module in the Siteimprove Intelligence Platform. However, ‘Classic’ reports are in some cases sent independently of the reports module.

If you do not wish to receive the ‘Classic’ reports and prefer to schedule QA reports through the reports module, follow the steps outlined below.

Disable the Classic QA reports

Administrators can disable Classic reports in settings. Select Settings from the drop-down menu in the top left of the platform, then click Content, then Crawl settings and choose the relevant website.

Select the 'Classic QA reports' tab and uncheck the box for any user who should not receive the report.

It is also possible to disable (or enable) classic QA reports for one or multiple sites using the Manage Users table. 

  1. Go to Settings > Manage Users.

  2. Click on the user's name.

  3. Click on the "Reports tab"

  4. Click on "See and edit Classic QA reports"

  5. Select which sites should be excluded in the Classic QA reports for this user.

By default, users will only receive report information on the sites and groups that they have been authorized to view.
