How do I change a user’s role?

Yes. If you have the appropriate permissions, you can change an existing user's role in Siteimprove. Account Owners and Administrators can manage user roles, although only an Account Owner can assign Account Owner permissions to another user.
Before You Begin
- You need to be an Account Owner or Administrator to change a user's role.
- Only an Account Owner can grant Account Owner permission to another user.
Change a User's Role
- Go to Settings > Users > Manage Users from the main menu.
- Select the name of the user you'd like to edit from the Manage Users table.
- Select the required role from the Role dropdown option under the General tab.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Save changes.
Result
The user's role is updated based on the role selected and saved.
