Why can I not see the date picker in Analytics?

Ad blocker software is blocking the date picker
In some cases, you may not be able to see the date picker in Analytics. This is most likely caused by ad blocker software. The software that blocks ads can also block the JavaScript (analytics.js) that loads the date picker.

Resolution
To test out if this is causing the problem in your case:
- Open a browser in incognito mode (private browser) and check if the date picker is visible.
- If you can see the date picker when using incognito mode, return to your original browser window.
- Remove or disable the ad blocker extension and try again.
Other browser extensions interfering
Other browser extensions can also cause this issue.
Resolution
- Disable all browser extensions.
- Add them back one at a time to identify the offending extension.

Issue persists after testing
If you continue to have this issue when in incognito mode, further support may be required.
