January 2025 Release Update

We’re thrilled to introduce a series of updates launching on January 29th designed to improve your experience with the Siteimprove platform. This release includes a mix of powerful new features and thoughtful enhancements to our existing Product Suite, all tailored to help you achieve more with ease and efficiency.

Enhancement:

Updated UI/UX guidelines to the CMS Plugin and Content Assistant browser extension

This release introduces a refreshed user interface (UI) for the CMS Plugin and the Content Assistant browser extension, aligning with our new brand guidelines to enhance visual consistency and usability. The updates include a modernized color scheme that improves visual appeal and the repositioning of the action button to the top of the interface for quicker and easier access. 

Where is this update found? 

The design updates can be found in the content management system (CMS) where the Siteimprove plugin is installed and in the Content Assistant browser extension. The update is applied automatically within the plugin, so there is no need to install an updated package. 

New features:

Site Target Score in our API

The ‘Accessibility Site Target Score’ feature is now available through our API, making it easier to integrate and leverage within your workflows.  
This API integration allows you to export the “Accessibility Site Target Score” per site ID over time.

This feature is available from our online API site.

Sorting options in 'User access to sites' 

We have added sorting options in the ‘user access to sites’ modal in Settings -> Sites. This makes it easier to find users who are assigned access to sites. Account Owners and Administrators are able to sort users in this modal using A-Z and Z-A for first name, last name, and email address.
